Growing in Faith

Grace Global Methodist Church provides opportunities to learn more about being a follower of Jesus through studying the Word of God in small group settings. These studies will take a deeper dive into scripture, what it means, and how to apply God’s Word into everyday life. Join us to fellowship and learn with others.

Adult Sunday School

Sunday mornings at 9:00 AM, enjoy meeting with others, learning about God’s Word, and how others have experienced the richness of God’s blessings in their lives.

Adult Sunday School meets in the McGraw Senior Center in Ogden year round. During the same time, Sunday School for children grades PreK-8th is available.

Note: Sunday School is in session for grades PreK-8th the first Sunday after Labor Day until the Sunday before Memorial weekend.

Men’s Bible Study

The men’s Bible study meets every Wednesday morning at 5:00 AM at A Place of Grace year round. This study group brings together men from five different churches who begin their day in prayer.

This is followed by focusing on a chapter from a book in the Bible. So far, they have studied Romans, Hebrews, and James verse by verse. Discussions are robust around God’s Word and prayers are requested for various situations or needs.

Come join like-minded men for prayer and studying God’s Word from 5-6:30 AM.

Women’s Bible Study

The Women's Bible study meets every Sunday evening at A Place of Grace from 7:00 - 8:00 PM during the school year. This group studies various books of the Bible using chapters as a study guide to help them along and reflect on their own faith.

All ages are invited to join in and study God’s Word with other women of faith.

Note: The women’s Bible study begins in the Fall through April or May at the discretion of the group leader. This group does not meet during the summer months.

Thursday AM Bible Study

The Thursday morning Bible study group meets from 10:00 - 11:00 AM at A Place of Grace. The group is comprised of a mix of men and women of all ages and is led by Pastor Evelyn Lewiston.

Studies are Bible based using readings, videos, and study guides as they walk through Scripture. Discussions are thought provoking and even lively at times.

This group meets all year long. All ages are welcome to join the Thursday morning Bible study.

Thursday PM Bible Study

The Thursday evening Bible study meets at A Place of Grace from 7:00 - 8:00 PM. Tom Cleveland leads a group of men and women in an in-depth view of scripture, its relevancy today and the application of God’s Word in our lives.

For the Thursday evening Bible studies, the only book needed is your Bible. All ages are welcome to join the evening Bible study.
